Refund Policy
At www.learningocean365.com we understand that sometimes plans change.
Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair for both students and tutors.
1. Class Cancellations by Students
You can cancel or reschedule a class at least 12 hours before the scheduled time.
If you cancel less than 12 hours before class, the session will be counted as taken and no refund will be issued.
Frequent last-minute cancellations may affect your ability to book future sessions.
2. Class Cancellations by Tutors
If a tutor cancels a class, it will be rescheduled at a time that suits you.
If rescheduling is not possible, you may request a full refund for that session.
3. Course Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your full course:
You must send a written request to info@learningocean365.com.
Refunds (if eligible) will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
4. Technical or Emergency Issues
If a class cannot take place due to technical problems or emergencies:
The session will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
Please inform your tutor or our support team immediately.
