Refund Policy

At www.learningocean365.com we understand that sometimes plans change.
Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair for both students and tutors.


1. Class Cancellations by Students

  • You can cancel or reschedule a class at least 12 hours before the scheduled time.

  • If you cancel less than 12 hours before class, the session will be counted as taken and no refund will be issued.

  • Frequent last-minute cancellations may affect your ability to book future sessions.


2. Class Cancellations by Tutors

  • If a tutor cancels a class, it will be rescheduled at a time that suits you.

  • If rescheduling is not possible, you may request a full refund for that session.


3. Course Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your full course:

  • You must send a written request to info@learningocean365.com.

  • Refunds (if eligible) will be processed according to our Refund Policy.


4. Technical or Emergency Issues

If a class cannot take place due to technical problems or emergencies:

  • The session will be rescheduled at no extra cost.

  • Please inform your tutor or our support team immediately.
